When you or a loved one require blood work, traditionally you'd travel to a lab. It's a dreadful experience. Not only is it time consuming, but its an uncomfortable and impersonal wait.

Apex is the alternative. While you relax in the comfort of your own home, a skilled and trustworthy technician will come collect your blood and deliver it to the lab.

You'll need a requisition from your doctor's office and then give us a call to schedule. We will drive to you, draw and deliver to the lab. If you are a homebound patient, this service is free. For non-homebound patients prices start at $20.

Use our certified phlebotomist to decrease the workload and pain from your staff. There is no cost to your agency or out-of-pocket costs to your patients. Patients also must use Medicare Part B and be considered homebound by the ordering physician.

Easy to order. Simply call or fax the orders. Upon receiving the orders, we will contact the patient or caregiver to schedule a professional and courteous technician to collect the blood sample and deliver it to the lab.

Lab results will be sent to the ordering physician and Home Health agency within 24 hours of collection for most tests.

Homebound patients who have difficulty visiting a lab without the assistance of another person or mobility device now have an option. Apex Clinical Labs has a complete mobile lab service that allows your patients to have blood work done in the comfort of their homes.

Our blood draw and delivery services are 100% free for physicians. Also, patients who use Medicare Part B as their primary insurance and are considered homebound do not incur ANY collection fees. For any non-homebound or private pay patients our collection service fee starts at $20.

The Mobile Lab for Assisted Living Facilities

Apex Clinical Labs customizes packages of services to save your facility and staff time and money. We provide your residents with complimentary and regularly scheduled blood draw days at your facility.

We'll draw and collect blood and non-blood specimens for both Medicare and private insurance patients. We will also set each facility up with their own customized portal for ordering labs and accessing results.
